REQUIREMENTS
- At least4-5year(s) of working experience in Accounting / Finance Department/ in middle Company. Preferable has experience in Public accountant Firm.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Managerial level
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting background

- Have good communication, reportingand analysis skills
- Goodin English both written &verbal.
- Preferably have experience inERPSystems

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and reviewingbalance sheet,profit and loss statementsandmonthly closing and accounting reports.
- Analyzing actual vs projection vs budget profit and loss statements.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Provide data audit and liaise with external auditor for year-end audit.
- Prepare regular reports to be submitted toBursa.
- Collaborates with the other financeaccountingdepartment managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Monitors, review, and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
- Responds to inquiries from the Director of Financeandother finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
- Provide direction, monitor and reviewAccountingteam performance by providing mentoring, coaching and developing them in order to maintain the productivity optimally.
- Perform collaborate with respective stakeholders in order to ensure all process running appropriate and smoothly.
