REQUIREMENTS
  • At least4-5year(s) of working experience in Accounting / Finance Department/ in middle Company. Preferable has experience in Public accountant Firm.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Managerial level
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting background

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparing and reviewingbalance sheet,profit and loss statementsandmonthly closing and accounting reports.
  • Analyzing actual vs projection vs budget profit and loss statements.
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Provide data audit and liaise with external auditor for year-end audit.
  • Prepare regular reports to be submitted toBursa.
  • Collaborates with the other financeaccountingdepartment managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
  • Monitors, review, and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
  • Responds to inquiries from the Director of Financeandother finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
  • Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
  • Provide direction, monitor and reviewAccountingteam performance by providing mentoring, coaching and developing them in order to maintain the productivity optimally.
  • Perform collaborate with respective stakeholders in order to ensure all process running appropriate and smoothly.
