About the role

PT SEI Consulting Jakarta is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Group Company in Karawang, West Java. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.

Job Description:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK/IFRS.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support business decisions.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and external audit requirements.

Implement and improve accounting systems, controls, and procedures.

Manage, coach, and develop accounting staff to enhance performance and productivity.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Must be based in or around Karawang. (Required offline interview to the location)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CA certification is a strong advantage).

Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS, Indonesian tax laws, and corporate financial reporting.

Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.

Demonstrated leadership ability, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Have knowledge of risk management, compliance and business strategy.
