We are looking for a Tourism Manager with English in Bali.

What will you be responsible for?

• Building strong business relationships with the hotels in your portfolio.
• Optimizing inventory, availability, and competitive rates offered through the Central Reservation System.
• Negotiating conditions to maximize conversion and ensure the best competitiveness index for the hotels in your assigned portfolio.
• Analyzing demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to adapt the contracted product to the network’s agency demand.
• Providing advice on online marketing and direct sales.
• Identifying business opportunities in terms of new products, offers, or any other service in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration area.

What are we looking for?

• Education: University degree in Tourism or similar, or Higher Vocational Training in Travel Agencies or Tourist Accommodation.
• Analytical profile and commercial skills with a clear results-oriented approach.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Languages: High level of English is essential; Spanish is highly valued; Other languages are highly valued.
• Previous experience in hotels or travel agencies will be an advantage.
