  • Identify and acquire new potential clients who require IT outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients’ business and technical needs to provide suitable outsourcing solutions (IT Support, Developers, QA, Cloud Engineers, etc.).
  • Prepare proposals, pricing quotations, and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, service terms, and SLA discussions with clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and account progress to management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience as Sales, Account Manager, or Business Development in IT/outsourcing/consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of basic IT roles (Software Developer, QA, Network/Cloud Engineer, IT Support, etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Skilled in solution selling and understanding client business needs.
  • Able to work with targets and manage a structured sales pipeline.
  • Existing network of companies that require IT outsourcing services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Highly proactive, result-oriented, and strong problem-solving mindset.
