Responsibilities
  • Project Implementation and Coordination
    • Support the execution of project activities in accordance with approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
    • Coordinate with field teams and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project components.
    • Assist in organizing regional workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Monitor project performance and contribute to the development of progress reports.
    • Collect and analyze field data to assess project impact and identify areas for improvement.
    • Support regular site visits and ensure quality assurance of project activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local government, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
    • Represent the organization in regional coordination meetings and forums.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
    • Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including case studies and success stories.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a regional or multi-site context.
  • Experience working with NGOs, government, or international organizations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
