A leading recruitment agency is looking for experienced residential children support workers in the Shrewsbury area. Candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant experience, a full UK driving licence, and a DBS. This role offers competitive pay rates from £12.50 to £17.70 per hour and various benefits including weekly pay and ongoing training.

- Overseas police certificate, if lived outside the UK in the last 5 years.

Formation
We are recruiting for experienced residential children support workers in the Shrewsbury Area.
- Days: £12.50 to £16.60 per hour
- Nights: £13.50 to £17.70 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Accrued or rolled up holiday pay
- Dedicated consultant
- Ongoing training
- Refer a friend scheme - earn £300 for each referral
- Eligible to work in the UK
- At least 6 months of experience as a residential children support worker in a residential setting within the last 3 years.
- Your own car and a full UK driving licence.
- Children and adults enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Overseas police certificate, if you have lived outside the UK in the last 5 years.
- NVQ level 3 in children and young people (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Experience with behavioural and complex needs is essential.
