Overview

Think Community Care is a values-based healthcare agency. We are recruiting for experienced support workers who share our passion to care and support individuals and to help empower them to make their own lives better. We want support workers who want to make the difference.

Responsibilities
  • Work on the day team, with shifts including 8am-8pm, 7am-10pm, 7am-2:30pm, and 2:30pm-10pm
  • Sleep-ins are a required part of the permanent contract
  • Hit the ground running and follow care plans
  • Provide 1:1 support packages
Benefits and hours
  • Permanent roles with pay of £12.21 per hour
  • 37.5–42 hours per week, working alternate weekends
  • 1:1 packages
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months\' experience as a Support Worker in the UK; life experience will be considered for permanent positions
  • Current DBS on the online update service would be advantageous
  • Up-to-date mandatory training would be advantageous
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, due to service users having mobility vehicles to go out on activities
  • No Sponsorship, full-time only
