What You\'ll Be Doing

• As a Support Worker, the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. You\'ll work closely with each individual, getting to know their needs, goals, and preferences, so you can provide truly personalised support—helping them live active, fulfilling, and valued lives every day.
• Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
• Providing support during recreational activities, outings and community integration.
• Promoting independence, self-esteem, confidence and celebrating their achievements and milestones.
• Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
• General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
