A local government authority in Scotland seeks a frontline worker for a temporary position until June 2026. This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly, the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made. The grade of this post is Level 6 plus a Non Core (10%).
The work style for this post is Frontline worker.
The work pattern is: The service operates an 8-week rolling rota as follows: Day Shift is 7.15am - 7.15pm and Night Shift is 7.15pm - 7.15am. 12-hour shifts with 1.5 hours unpaid break. Shift pattern is: 2 Day Shifts, 2 Night Shifts, 4 Days off.
