We’re on the lookout for a Senior Art Director to join our award‑winning creative team. You’ll be responsible for delivering bold, intelligent, and visually compelling work that not only meets but exceeds client expectations. You’ll play a key role in shaping creative direction, mentoring junior talent, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare communications.

• Leading the visual direction of multi‑format campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms.
• Collaborating with copywriters and strategists to develop original, insight‑driven concepts.
• Managing your own projects and accounts, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery within budget.
• Providing creative direction during shoots and production, working closely with external partners.
• Mentoring junior creatives and supporting their development through feedback and guidance.
• Presenting ideas confidently to clients and internal teams, backed by strong storytelling and rationale.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and proactively applying new thinking to your work.
• Championing effectiveness and helping turn great work into award‑winning submissions

• You’re a visual storyteller with an award‑winning portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and craft excellence.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable leading projects from ideation to execution.
• You have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, UX / UI, and visual communication.
• You’re passionate about mentoring others and fostering a positive, creative culture.
• You’re commercially aware, strategically minded, and always looking for ways to elevate the work.
• You’re curious, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ideally, you have experience working with Generative AI tools and data, along with AI certifications from platforms such as Coursera, Section AI, or LinkedIn Learning.
