We’re looking for Building Surveyors to join our ambitious team in Capita Public Service Place and Asset Solutions. If you have over 1‑2 years experience and are looking to propel your career as a Building Surveyor, this could be the perfect position for you.

You’ll support our continuing growth in London and the South East of England with opportunities to work on a wide range of projects including Technical Due Diligence and Forensic Surveying commissions across different sectors.

Our team works in a hybrid style, this being a mix of site work, home working and office working.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assist with developing detailed briefs in conjunction with the client and senior colleagues.
  • Carry out site surveys (including measured surveys, condition surveys & defect analysis).
  • Carry out design and specification work and assist with preparing tender information.
  • Assist with administering building contracts.
  • Undertake all aspects of professional surveying work (including Condition Surveys, Specific Defect Analysis, PW work, dilapidations, Access Audits & FRAs).
  • Liaise with clients, contractors & other consultants (internal and external).

Essential
  • BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent.
Desirable
  • RICS or CIOB qualification started or working towards.
  • Good AutoCAD and/or REVIT skills.
  • Ability to establish a good working relationship with clients and colleagues.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
