We are currently on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Marketing Manager to join the Aramark family, specifically focusing on our Merlin account.

Now, we’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to help us elevate our services and make an exceptional impact, within our Merlin account.

The Merlin account is key to our business, delivering outstanding experiences and catering solutions to a diverse range of customers. As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the strategy, managing the digital presence, and ensuring the success of our Merlin partnership. With your expertise, we aim to take the marketing efforts to new heights, ensuring that our brand stands out in a competitive landscape.

We are eager to find someone who can fulfil the below duties;

  • Supercharge cash sales by inspiring repeat visits and creating moments that keep customers coming back for more.
  • Team up with client marketing crews to dream up and launch bold, buzz-worthy campaigns that make a real splash.
  • Craft standout Brand Standards Manuals that bring each brand’s personality to life.
  • Create compelling commercial case studies that showcase the magic behind new concepts, installations, promos, and guest-facing experiences.
  • Plan and deliver attention-grabbing marketing campaigns—both online and offline—using creativity and energy to captivate customers.
  • Own the digital signage experience, from big visual ideas to hands‑on CMS wizardry.
  • Build strong partnerships with design and print pros, keeping the creative process smooth, innovative, and fun.
  • Collaborate with resort directors to ignite on‑site marketing activity and elevate guest excitement.
  • Dream up fresh innovations and guest‑focused initiatives that make the Merlin experience even more unforgettable.
  • Dive into on‑site marketing support, bringing energy, ideas, and seamless execution.
  • Jump in on exciting transformation projects, helping shape what’s new and next.
  • Partner with key functions across the business to fuel marketing activity and support high‑quality business review documents.

We are looking for an autonomous, positive and experienced Marketeer. The successful candidate will be bursting with ideas, have a strong commercial focus and commendable interpersonal skills.

A full driving licence and ability to travel essential is essential within this role.
