We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our financial services recruitment agency in Manchester, with a specialized focus on Wealth Management professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and place top Wealth Management talent across private and challenger banking sectors and investment houses.
- Execute full 360-degree recruitment cycle
- Develop strategic relationships with financial services clients
- Build targeted candidate networks in Wealth Management
- Consistently achieve billing and placement targets
- Develop and nurture new and existing business relationships
Requirements:
- Proven track record in financial services recruitment
- Deep understanding of the Wealth Management job market
- Strong networking and business development skills
- Experience with investment houses & private bank recruitment
- Successful 360 billing background
