The role requires significant experience in pharmaceutical processes and strong leadership abilities. A degree in a scientific or technical discipline is necessary, along with at least three years in a supervisory role. This permanent position offers a salary between £47k to £55k.

Working Pattern - Traditional Continental Shift Pattern of 2/2/3, working 2 weekends every 28-day cycle.

As an Aerosols Shift Manager, you will be at the heart of our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, providing clear direction to your manufacturing team. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team to help drive daily performance and to meet production schedules, cost targets, and operational standards.
The successful candidates will have an excellent understanding of pharmaceutical business, good business acumen and the ability to write technically, investigate and report abnormalities whilst managing and leading a manufacturing team to deliver production schedules and make informed decisions in a fast paced, ever changing working environment.
