A leading sugar refining company in Greater London is looking for a Production Shift Manager. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 15 operators, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld throughout production. With a focus on meeting production targets efficiently, this role provides a valuable opportunity for professional growth and involvement in future projects. Candidates should have a degree and strong communication skills, along with experience in food production. This position operates on a shift basis and requires hands-on management skills.

Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a Production Shift Manager to help manage & deliver our production plan at our Refinery.
The position will focus on managing a team of up to 15 on shift and help upskill and ensure targets are met. This role is a great opportunity to progress your career and work on future projects.
