Role: Reception Supervisor

Location: City of London

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week between 8:00am 6:00pm

Rate: £17p/h - £19p/h

Contract: Immediate Start Ongoing for 6 weeks (with potential to extend)

We are seeking an exceptionally polished, professional and experienced Reception Supervisor to oversee the front-of-house operation for a prestigious organisation based in the City of London. This is a client-facing, office-based role, ideal for someone with strong leadership presence, impeccable presentation, and experience in a high-end corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the reception area and front-of-house services
  • Leading, supervising and supporting reception staff
  • Delivering a first-class visitor experience at all times
  • Managing meeting room bookings, room set-ups, and visitor flow
  • Acting as the main point of contact for front-of-house and facilities-related queries
  • Liaising with building management, cleaning teams, and service providers
  • Monitoring presentation standards across reception and public areas
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
