Job summary
A leading healthcare institution in Exeter seeks a dedicated nursing professional responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care in accordance with NMC Codes and Trust guidelines. The role involves delivering SACT treatments and supporting patients collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. - Experience in delivering SACT treatments safely.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of patient care within the team.
- Provide treatments in accordance with Trust guidelines.
- Offer comprehensive support to patients.
To be responsible for the standards of patient care and services within the team, ensuring that nursing practice and patient services are in line with NMC Codes, statutory and Trust requirements.
To safely deliver SACT treatments to patients in line with Trust guidelines both within inpatient wards (Yeo and Yarty), Cherrybrook Unit and in the Outreach locations.
To work together as a team, providing psychological, physical, social and spiritual support to patients receiving treatment.
