About the Role

We are seeking a caring, energetic and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood development and able to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support for children in line with EYFS curriculum
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate observations and records of children’s progress
  • Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe and well‑organised
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
Requirements
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of EYFS framework
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
