A community healthcare provider in Hemel Hempstead seeks a part-time healthcare assistant to join their Twilight Community Nursing service. Candidates should have excellent organisational and communication skills, with responsibilities including patient care in homes and residential facilities. This position offers flexible working hours within a supportive team environment, emphasizing the development of new skills and career growth.
Are you looking for a supportive team and the opportunity to develop new skills? This is an exciting time to join the Twilight Community Nursing service in West Herts. We are developing new community pathways which will support the delivery of more care in people’s homes, and to enable us to do this we have a range of new learning and development opportunities available through the CLCH Academy.
We are looking for a part-time healthcare assistant with a genuine interest in continuing to develop skills in this field. You must be able to work flexibly according to service needs and have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills. You will be based at one of four sites within the Herts Valley area: Watford (BRE), Hertsmere (Potters Bar Community Hospital), St Albans and Harpenden (Harpenden Memorial Hospital) and Hemel Hempstead (The Forum, Marlowes). The service is provided seven days per week 4pm-8pm.
