Job Role:

The Community Nurses will be based within Hertfordshire, supporting the team with day-to-day duties and reporting to the Team Leader.

The ideal candidate must have a nursing degree and at least 1 year of experience in Community Nursing.

You will be responsible for managing a client caseload, maintaining up-to-date records, and acting in accordance with NMC registration and Code of Conduct.

You will provide assessments, undertake clinical procedures, and coordinate care plans with support and guidance.

This role is busy and fast-paced, requiring calmness, effective communication, and a caring attitude towards patients and staff.

Essential qualifications include current NMC registration, minimum 1 year nursing experience, enhanced DBS, and full NHS compliance.
