We are expanding our Hospice at Home service into Hammersmith‑Fulham and are seeking to recruit an additional Clinical Support Nurse.
The post holder will be responsible for the co‑ordination of the St Johns Hospice @Home service which provides home care for patients living within our catchment area of Westminster, Kensington, Chelsea, South Brent and Hammersmith and Fulham.
You will work with the Hospice @Home Nurse Manager to ensure that all team members participate in professional development and are supervised appropriately within their remit of competency.
