Lead Care Home Deputy Manager
Job summary
A residential care facility in Northallerton is seeking a full-time Deputy Manager to oversee staff and ensure exceptional care delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in developing care plans, and a compassionate approach to senior care. This role involves managing teams, administering medication, and promoting best practices in care. Salary will be discussed at interview, dependent on experience.
Qualifications
