Qualifications

• At least 2 years in residential care of children, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of quality standards and childcare legislation.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each young person has a tailored care plan.
• Support recruitment and retention of team members.
• Consult with young people about their care.
• Assign key workers to young people.
• Establish and monitor high-quality care standards.
• Address complaints and concerns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for young people's welfare.
• Attend care planning and review meetings.
• Ensure a safe culture within the service.
• Align home management to budgeting expectations.
