About the Role

Are you a motivated curious and outcome focused Digital Performance Planning Directorlooking for the next step Are you able to combine multiple strands of digital work into a compelling and engaging narrative across the full campaign lifecycle from digital strategy to reporting Are you innately proactive with a innate motivation to improve processes setup and results.

Working under the guidance of our Executive Director Performance and in close collaboration with senior stakeholders both within the agency and from the client youll have an opportunity to manage work across strategy channel activation and reporting across multiple brands while managing an experienced and motivated team. You should have a history of driving success in activation for performance focused campaigns in one or more digital channels transforming channel outputs into insightful and impactful plans and analysis. You will have a broad knowledge of digital channels across PPC SEO Display Social and Programmatic as well as knowledge of creative best practice from an activation perspective including strategy platform best practice and user experience alignment (including user journey analysis).

The role forms part of Hearts & Sciences growing global media community.
