A technology services company in London is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee technology infrastructure and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, managing outsourced IT providers, and will play a strategic role in defining the company's IT roadmap. This position offers a hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package including private health insurance and a performance bonus.
Reporting into the VP of Business Operations within the Business Operations team, the IT Manager will act as AVK’s internal lead for technology infrastructure, and cybersecurity, ensuring our systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable as the business continues to grow.
Working closely with our outsourced IT provider (CodeZero), this role will manage day-to-day IT operations while defining AVK’s longer-term strategy for in-house capability, digital resilience, and data compliance.
The IT Manager will play a strategic role within Business Operations, partnering with the Head of Data to ensure the right infrastructure, governance, and policies are in place to support ISO accreditation and strong data protection standards.
