About the role

We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer with passion and energy to join the YunoJuno Product team! Our mission is to build a B2B SaaS platform that elegantly solves our customers' most important challenges, using a continuous discovery process to ensure we stay aligned with our users. If you’re passionate about designing beautiful, user-focused solutions and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Discovery and Research:
  • Perform user research and usability studies to gather insights and identify user needs and behaviours.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor products, and user feedback to inform design decisions.
Design and Prototyping:
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Create high-fidelity designs with a focus on user interaction and visual appeal.
  • Ensure designs are optimised for both desktop and mobile web.
  • Maintain and scale Design Systems.
Implementation and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and user experiences.
  • Participate in agile development cycles, providing design expertise and feedback throughout the process.
  • Advocate for user experience best practices and design consistency across the product.
Testing and Validation:
  • Analyse test data to understand user behaviour and refine designs accordingly.
  • Use metrics and user feedback to assess the usability and impact of designs.
  • Conduct Usability testing to validate the effectiveness of the proposed design
Measurement and Iteration:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch to evaluate the success of design solutions in meeting user needs and achieving business goals
  • Iterate on designs based on performance data, user feedback, and technological advancements.
  • Continuously update and refine design standards and guidelines to ensure best practices in usability and accessibility.
Requirements
  • Performing generative and evaluative user research.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end development practices.
  • Expertise in user research methods, such as surveys and interviews.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.
  • Effective time management, so as to enable progressing two or three initiatives at once.
  • Strong ‘product thinking’ capability, enabling you to find the sweet spot between user needs, business needs, and technical feasibility.
