- Coordination with all stakeholders within the project (including suppliers, customers, and internal departments) in deliveries
- Purchase of services (including road/water transport)
- Daily administrative tasks to ensure you can deliver on time and at the desired margins; adjust the backlog & planning for the forecast if necessary
- Inform customers about the progress of their projects
- Handling invoices to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely payment. This includes preparing, reviewing, and sending invoices to clients, ensuring that all necessary details such as client information, item descriptions, quantities, rates, total amounts, and due dates are correctly captured
- Solid project management skill set
- Flexible to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
- Good written and oral English skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Inquisitive and challenging mindset
- Proficient with MS Office Project
- Great presentation skills, persuasive style
- Working to deadlines and flexible approach
