We currently have opportunities for several Team Leaders to support our F1 contract on a full-time, permanent basis at our Warrington site.

• Transporting high-spec cargo, adhering to legal, compliance, and Brexit regulations.
• Preparing and loading equipment, delivering and setting up at events, then breaking down and transporting equipment to the next location.
• Maintaining attention to detail throughout the event, monitoring and ensuring the appearance of all equipment.
• Completing customer event reports.
• Shadowing the Event Manager regarding budget management, raising POs, and ensuring all customer work has POs prior to start.
• Building, maintaining, and cleaning manual technical trailers and PODs, ensuring operational readiness for customers.
• Supporting the Event Manager in resource planning.
• Ensuring all trucks are equipped with relevant kits, fuel cards, toll boxes, and crossing border taxes.
• Assisting in accident investigations and follow-up.
• Ensuring all vehicles operate at a Formula 1 presentation standard during the race season.
• Supporting the Event Manager to ensure all legal documentation for trucks/trailers is in place, including driving permissions, certificates, insurance, V5, EU community license, tachograph calibration, and other compliance documents.
• Understanding exit & entry declarations and GVMS route logs.
• Assisting with WTD booklets during events to ensure hours are logged correctly.
• Overseeing driver hours to ensure compliance with task requirements.
• Assisting with paddock planning and scheduling for builds and de-builds.
• Committing to the full F1 calendar, working away from home from 1st May to mid-September, including weekends and off-season preparations.
• Outside the F1 season, performing general haulage duties, including deliveries to RDCs, manual handling, drop and swap store deliveries, unloading, and trunking.
• Supporting customer requirements for non-European events year-round as needed.

• Experience in Motorsport / F1 environment (desirable).
• Awareness of customer contractual obligations.
• Knowledge of EU Drivers Hours and WTD legislation.
• Knowledge of tachograph legislation.
• Understanding of Stobart Accident Investigation processes.
• Familiarity with Stobart systems (Microlise).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
