Position : Cover Supervisor

Location : Bouremouth

Hours : Flexible – Adhoc and full-day bookings available

Start Date : Immediate / ASAP

Pay : Competitive daily rates from £100 to £130

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing classroom activities in the absence of a teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for our students. You will play a crucial role in supporting students' emotional and academic needs while promoting their well‑being and resilience.

What You’ll Do :
  • Supervise and support students during lessons and activities
  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans while adapting to students’ individual needs
  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage student behaviour effectively and positively
  • Build strong relationships with students to promote engagement and motivation
What We’re Looking For :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant qualification in education, youth work, or psychology is desirable but not essential

Experience teaching in schools, ideally across different age groups

Availability for flexible days Monday to Friday

Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

Own transport is a plus but not essential
