A logistics company in Farnham is looking for an Office Administrator to handle telephone and email enquiries, produce picking orders, and manage client stock control. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Excel and Word, along with reliable transport. Training will be provided for in-house systems, and benefits include a pension scheme and 28 days of annual leave. Immediate start in December is preferred.
Office administrator required for our warehousing, and freight management office.
Duties include : Receiving telephone, and email enquiries. Production of picking orders, and printing delivery notes. Scanning, and filing of daily delivery receipts. Client stock control, receiving, and administering accounts payable. Joint production of monthly invoice run.
Initial knowledge of Excel, and Word required. Training will be supplied for in house systems.
Company Pension Scheme available, 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
The ideal candidate will have their own reliable transport, and be in a position to commence employment in December.
