The Graduate Building Surveyor’s Role

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you’ll have the chance to work on an exciting mix of projects across commercial, heritage, arts, retail, and education/public sectors. This role offers exposure to both professional and project services, enabling you to build a comprehensive skill set.

You’ll collaborate with experienced surveyors and consultants in a structured environment dedicated to your professional development, with full support to achieve APC accreditation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior surveyors in the delivery of diverse and high-quality projects
• Gain valuable experience across multiple sectors and workstreams
• Provide support to the team in delivering expert consultancy services to clients
• Actively progress towards APC qualification with tailored guidance and resources

The Ideal Graduate Building Surveyor Will Have

• A BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree (essential)
• Some prior experience in construction or property (advantageous)
• A strong ambition to achieve APC accreditation
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and professional approach
