A community youth organization in Northern Ireland is seeking a Trainee Youth Leader to work directly with young people. This role focuses on supporting their personal and social development through engaging programmes. This role is designed for staff appointed to undertake duties under the supervision and guidance of a Youth Worker-in-Charge or nominated Youth Support Worker. Responsible to: Youth Support Worker-in-Charge/ Nominated Youth Support Worker. Responsible for: Assisting with the unit/project programme and the implementation of JPIIYC organisational policies.
