What You'll Be Doing:

• Communicating to clients every day (yes, on the phone, MS teams & E-mails)
• Matching people with jobs - Is this a GOOD fit for both parties ?
• Managing the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Advertising the job through to checking in they are enjoying it and doing well.
• Learning fast, earning fast, and having fun while doing it

Hayling Island, Hampshire (Near Portsmouth & Havant)

Uncapped Earnings | Fast-Paced, High-Performance Environment | International Clients across Multiple Sectors from Data Centres, Marine Construction, Civil Engineering, MEP & Buildings Main Contractors.

On a daily basis you will be talking to Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Commercial Managers & Planners alongside other skill sets.
