What you will do:

• Provide high-quality assessment and management of dysphagia across diverse settings
• Collaborate with stroke rehabilitation teams to enhance patient care
• Develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
• Educate and guide patients, families, and staff about dysphagia management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Travel between various work sites as required to provide seamless care
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development
