Electrical Systems Engineer GE Vernova • Leicester, England, UK
GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage (PCS) business delivers critical electrification systems for high‑performance, efficient maritime and defence applications, enabling energy efficiency, capability availability and decarbonisation through advanced electrical power systems. The Marine Power Test Facility (MPTF) is the only commercial land‑based facility capable of full‑scale testing of integrated naval power and propulsion systems up to 20 MW.
The MPTF Systems Engineering team solves complex problems using analytical tools to validate safe, efficient and operational solutions. As a Systems Engineer you will design, specify, install and commission dedicated test‑beds, manage test operations and analyse data to support the delivery of leading‑edge power system solutions, providing a technical interface to the customer.
