Job summary
A healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking a Receptionist for both permanent and temporary maternity cover positions. The ideal candidate will manage patient communications, ensuring a high level of customer service while supporting clinical staff. Responsibilities include responding to patient inquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining confidentiality. Applicants should possess strong organizational skills and good English grammar.
