A leading construction firm in Hounsdown is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor for an 8 to 12 week period. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings and infrastructure, creating maintenance plans, and overseeing repair works. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, all while maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Due to increased workload, a large social housing provider have a requirement for a void repairs surveyor
As a Maintenance Surveyor, your role will be to inspect and assess the condition of buildings and infrastructure, create maintenance plans, and oversee the execution of maintenance and repair works. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all properties and facilities are well-maintained, comply with relevant regulations, and operate efficiently.
