Job summary
A leading local construction contractor in the Channel Islands is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the delivery of complex building services. You will lead the project focusing on mechanical, electrical and public health activities, ensuring quality and compliance while managing multiple subcontractors. This role requires a strong technical background and experience in delivering significant MEP components such as leisure centres and wellness facilities. The position offers an all-in salary package within a unique living environment.

- Proven experience as an MEP Manager or Building Services Manager on complex projects.
- Background in delivering buildings with significant MEP components.
- Recognised trade or technical qualification in relevant engineering fields.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full MEP scope on a large, services-heavy project.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
- Review drawings, technical submissions and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with programme, quality and safety requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to the wider site team.
- Oversee testing, commissioning and integration of specialist systems.
