You will deliver the capital of the Capital plan, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully. You will support in scoping concepts & developing solutions through to capex writing, submission, and management of projects. You will be accountable for project completion including contractor management, KPI sign off and \'customer\' acceptance.

• Accountability for financial control of projects.
• Leadership of project groups including technical and non-technical roles.
• Management of on-site contractors including permit writing.
• Safe delivery of projects within time and budgetary constraints.

• Involved or responsible for small (<£100m) to med (£1mm) scale capital projects.
• Technical / Engineering background.
• Project Management and planning skills (knowledge of project management theory and processes).
• Experience of H&S processes (permit writing / risk assessments / ATC / ATO).
• Knowledge / experience of the CAPEX process.
• Knowledge / understanding of CDM regulations.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Project, CAD - preferred).
