Letchworth Garden City (Commutable from Luton, Cambridge, St Neots, Biggleswade, Stevenage, Royston, Welwyn and surrounding areas)

Are you an experienced Audio-Visual Project Manager with a strong technical background in delivering high-end projects? Are you looking for a role where your expertise directly shapes project success and drives company growth?

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading high-end residential AV specialist, offering autonomy, technical authority and progression into senior management or directorship.

Established in 2000, this business designs and delivers bespoke smart home and audio-visual systems for luxury residences across the UK and overseas. With 45 employees and a strong reputation for quality and innovation, they're seeking a proven AV Project Manager to lead flagship projects and act as the go-to technical expert within the business.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of multiple high-value AV projects - from design coordination through to installation, testing and client handover. You'll manage technical delivery, lead on-site teams, maintain client relationships and ensure every system meets exacting standards. You'll also collaborate closely with the leadership team, helping to refine project processes and influence future growth strategy.

The Role

• Lead and deliver high-end residential AV projects from design to handover
• Act as the technical authority for all system delivery and integration

• Maintain client communication and oversee quality assurance
• Travel internationally for project delivery (6-8 weeks per year)

The Candidate

• Proven experience managing complex AV projects (3-5+ years minimum)
• Strong technical understanding of AV integration and control systems (Crestron, Lutron, etc.)
• Background in the high-end residential or luxury AV market
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills
• Based within commutable distance of Letchworth Garden City and open to international travel
