A community-focused leisure trust is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to provide professional maintenance services. The role includes managing various systems, supervising contractors, and responding to emergencies across multiple sites. Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance and hold relevant skills in plumbing, HVAC, and health & safety legislation. The post holder will consistently provide a professional and effective maintenance, service and repair function on a pre‑planned, ad‑hoc, breakdown and reactive basis. The role requires being on call on a weekend rota basis and will be paid in lieu of plain time if required to respond.
