A community-focused leisure trust is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to provide professional maintenance services. The role includes managing various systems, supervising contractors, and responding to emergencies across multiple sites. The post holder will consistently provide a professional and effective maintenance, service and repair function on a pre‑planned, ad‑hoc, breakdown and reactive basis. The role requires being on call on a weekend rota basis and will be paid in lieu of plain time if required to respond.
