To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team – and right now we have a rare opportunity for you to join our technical team.

The post holder will consistently provide a professional and effective maintenance, service and repair function on a pre‑planned, ad‑hoc, breakdown and reactive basis. The role requires being on call on a weekend rota basis and will be paid in lieu of plain time if required to respond.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, service and repair the following system types as determined by the contract’s managers:
    • Cooling systems
    • Domestic cold‑water systems
    • Domestic hot water systems
    • Electrical systems
    • Heating systems
    • Mains cold water systems
    • Sanitary systems
    • Ventilation systems
    • Water movement systems
  • Provide hands‑on maintenance and supervise external sub‑contractors
  • Work across multiple sites; must hold a clean, in‑date driving licence
  • Drive a works van provided by the company with a fuel card
  • Respond to out‑of‑hour emergencies, covering 5 days out of 7
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance role (ideally including pool plant)
  • Experience with reactive work on pool plant, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Multi‑skilled with basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic records
  • Knowledge of planned preventive maintenance and health & safety legislation
