A leading retail cooperative in Greater London is seeking a Customer Team Leader to provide exceptional service and lead a diverse team. In this part-time position, you will ensure operational excellence and contribute to team development while offering fantastic benefits including a pension scheme and discounts. Ideal candidates will possess strong people skills, organizational capabilities, and flexibility to manage varied shifts.
Location: 7-8 Central Parade, New Addington, CR0 0JB
Pay: £15.24 per hour including London allowance
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you'll need to authorise age-related sales.
