Tradewind are currently looking to recruit an EYFS teacher for a school with a fantastic reputation in Stockport. The role will commence January 2026 on a full-time basis. This role comes with a competitive salary (MPS 1-6) which is reflective of your experience and you will be enrolled into a high quality CPD programme that supports best practice across the school and wider trust.

As the EYFS teacher, you will be accountable for the learning and progress of approximately 30 children within a mixed ability class. The class includes some children with SEND needs so experience writing and reviewing EHCPs will be highly beneficial. You will also be joined by a full-time TA.

• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for young children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate and engaging lessons based on the EYFS framework and foster a love for learning by incorporating creative and hands-on activities into lessons.
• Foster social, emotional, and academic development in young learners.
• Effectively manage and supervise children to ensure a safe and positive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor and report on pupil progress through assessments and observations.
• Collaborate with parents to communicate student progress and address any concerns.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, administrators, and support staff.

• You must hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have direct teaching experience in an Early Years setting
• Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
