The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver a people strategy aligned with business objectives. This is a varied and strategic role where you’ll influence culture, champion employee experience, and ensure HR practices scale effectively with growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leadership teams to deliver impactful HR solutions.
  • Driving initiatives across performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Advising on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Using data and insights to inform decision‑making and measure impact.
  • Supporting DEI strategies and embedding inclusive practices across(Be) the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice.
