We're looking for an HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Employee Relations to support our Hastings site and help shape a positive, engaged and high-performing workforce.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and manage employee relations cases with fairness, consistency and confidence
  • Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and implement effective HR solutions
  • Support employee engagement, site-level recruitment, and onboarding
  • Contribute to organizational design, talent processes and wider HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR Solutions and Centers of Excellence to keep core HR services running smoothly
  • Use continuous improvement and (where relevant) Six Sigma methodologies to enhance HR processes
  • Coach and guide leaders through change, development and HR processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, international and matrixed environment
  • Strong ER experience
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Project management capability and a process-driven mindset
  • Union experience is a plus but not essential
