Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner based in Bristol. This role involves managing the full-cycle hiring process, driving delivery excellence, and mentoring recruitment teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in engineering and IT sectors. The position offers the opportunity to influence recruitment strategies and significantly contribute to the client’s success. Competitive salary and benefits included.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (RPO or in-house).
- Proven success sourcing talent across Engineering, IT, Finance or Corporate functions.
- Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage requisitions from intake to offer, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Source candidates with rare and in-demand skills.
- Conduct market research to optimize sourcing outcomes.
- Provide stakeholders with market intelligence and salary benchmarking.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
