Culina Group have a new new opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our leading logistics business, where your expertise will be vital in strategically attracting and securing high - caliber talent to strengthen our operational capabilities and drive business success. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and manage the salaried recruitment team. This role is responsible for delivering approximately 1,000 hires per year through a team of Recruitment Partners and Advisors, ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience and strong alignment with business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Manager will act as a strategic partner to Business Unit leadership teams and HR Business Partners, driving workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment excellence.
