A leading global food service provider based in Birmingham is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month fixed term contract. This hybrid role involves actively sourcing, attracting, and engaging talent while championing employer branding and candidate experience. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, utilising data to refine recruitment strategies and ensure diversity & inclusion are prioritized. As a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6-month fixed term contract, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business secures the right people at the right time to deliver on its goals. You will be a trusted advisor to our operational teams, while also acting as a champion for employer brand, candidate experience, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
You will proactively source, attract, and engage talent across a range of business areas, using market intelligence and a suite of leading resourcing tools. You will also support hiring managers in developing best-practice recruitment capability, enabling them to successfully self-serve where appropriate.
This is a highly collaborative role that will place you at the heart of our people and operations network-representing Compass externally as an employer of choice, and ensuring internal teams understand and uphold our recruitment principles and processes.
Your work will help us evolve, refine, and optimise our resourcing strategy as we continue to grow in a fast-paced and dynamic business landscape.
