We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a permanent basis. As we continue to grow, this role will play a vital part in helping us build diverse, mission‑driven teams across Corporate and Commercial functions. You’ll be joining a supportive, people‑first function with access to modern tools, cross‑functional projects, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
This is a hands‑on, delivery focused role where you’ll source candidates, coordinate interviews, and help shape smooth, inclusive hiring journeys. You’ll have exposure to modern tools like Ashby, Metaview, and ChatGPT, and join a collaborative team that’s redefining how we attract and hire top talent across Europe.

We operate a hybrid model, asking that Trainliners work from the office a minimum of 60% of their time over a 12‑week period. We also have a 28‑day Work from Abroad policy.
